Do I have to pay monthly?

No. Choose an Own It build if you want a completed website handed over. Choose Managed if you want ORVIA to handle hosting, maintenance and agreed changes.

Can I edit my own website?

Yes, where editable content is included in your agreed build. For a portfolio that changes regularly, we can include a simple way to add work, exhibitions or news.

Do I own my domain?

Yes. We recommend registering it in your business’s name and granting ORVIA the access needed to connect it. Client-owned third-party accounts should stay client-owned.

What happens if I leave Managed?

After the agreed 12-month minimum term, we can discuss handover or migration of a standard website where technically practical. Bespoke apps and third-party services may need separately scoped migration work.

What does Own It include after launch?

It includes handover guidance and a 30-day period to fix defects in the agreed build. Ongoing hosting, software and future changes are your responsibility unless separately agreed.

Can you build more than a website?

Yes. We can scope customer portals, dashboards, CRM, booking systems, payment journeys, web apps, Voice, social support and automation.
